Modeled from stated assumptions. The inputs are shown, the load-bearing figure is flagged, and you can replace it with your own.
An analytical conclusion drawn from the evidence. Labeled as a read, not a measurement.
Sources are the public record: court filings, regulator settlements, and company reports. Estimates are marked as estimates and kept next to the number they describe, so a figure lifted on its own still carries its caveat. If a published number is ever wrong, the correction is public, dated, and named.
